Background.
The background of this project is the final result of the Community Service Program that I joined when I was in college. The result of the Community Service Program is done by me and my team. The Ngijo District Office faces issues with creating letters and their corresponding numbers. However, the letter numbers are manually written on printed copies. As a result, the employees have to refer to previous documents to find the last used letter number and determine the number for the next letter. The office environment has been using technology that is quite behind. It means the software that is being used in the office is the one with the old design format and it slows down their work.

Solution
By implementing the old form designs of Excel and redesigning it to the newest looks, employees are able to fill out the form and see the result besides the form. When the letter is done, the program will save the number on the database so that the number will always keep updating.

From some interviews with employees, it can be concluded that the office faced a lack of use towards digital technology. There were only a few employees who can operate computers professionally. Also, some employees found difficulties in making letters due to the ineffective system.

In this office, there are more old people than young people. This condition make some work being less effective and not running fast. The computer at the office is little bit old too, so it can't work on the documents faster because of the loading.

The persona we created earlier make us assuming the people on village office don’t want to adapt more because it’ll be hard for them. So, we set the user flow just same as the old flow, because we have to put similarity to the platform because it’ll be easier to use.

Wiireframe
After we created the user flow, we created a wireframe so it could guide me and the team where we should put the content. We decided to create a simple layout based on potential users. As previously explained, the average user will be 30 years and over.

High Fidelity
After creating the layout on the wireframe, we started adding color, text, and more. From the result, as you can see we not used much color. This because we want to make the visual more simple so it easier to use.

Conclusion.
After we build the design, we confirm the design that we have done back to the user. Then the user tries the results of our design and it turns out that the user has agreed with the results. But in the end we couldn't try testing in detail and in full due to the Community Service Program deadline. Working on this project is quite tiring, because we have to make sure that everything we make is according to the wishes of the user. However, this project is also a fun project because this is our first project as students and we always try our best for the final result.
